    • You will be updated of any change in status with an in-app notification. Additionally, once the Carrier has picked up the delivery you will be able to track the delivery on the map in your app. So, you will always know where your delivery is. 



    • When a carrier is awarded a delivery the sender is charged for that delivery on his credit card. GRABiD will hold the money in escrow until the carrier has completed the delivery. Only 48 hours after delivery completion the carrier will be paid into his bank account. (Please note funds may take longer to clear depending on who you bank with) The final payment will be minus the small commission charged by GRABiD.



    • We fully vet all our Carriers including doing 100 point checks and requesting business verification and insurance verification. As a Sender you also will be able to view a carrier’s profile and rating that he has received from other deliveries he has taken. As a Sender you will be able to decide which carrier is awarded your delivery (for Auctions only).



    • Carriers that match the profile of each delivery will get notified that there is a delivery that suits their profile and location on the app. Carriers can also search for other deliveries based on different search criteria. If it is an auction delivery, each Carrier will enter a bid they are willing to be paid for that delivery. It is up to the Sender to choose who should be awarded the delivery – using price, rating, previous knowledge etc. If it is a Take Now delivery, it works on a first come first serve basis - ensuring the first Carrier to take the delivery is awarded it.     • Deliveries are handled mostly automatically and until they have been awarded, the personal details of the Carrier are not exposed. Once a Carrier has been awarded a delivery, he can contact the Sender directly if there are any issues with the delivery. However, back door solicitation of Carriers or Senders is prohibited and any violation of this will mean immediate suspension from the system.



    • Feedback helps others know whether to use a specific Carrier, so please take a moment to honestly rate your carrier. You can do this once the delivery is complete by tapping the star-rating on the rating page in the app.

You can track your deliveries live and get proof of pick-up and delivery as it happens – in real-time. You are guaranteed of being paid every time and on time – no more waiting around for payments. You are also able to easily provide proof of delivery in-app once your delivery is complete or send the PODs directly in the app.



    • There are two types of deliveries available on the app – “Auction” or “Take Now”. When a Sender creates a delivery, he nominates the delivery type. Carriers that match the profile of the delivery will then be notified that there is a delivery that suits their profile and location on the app. You are also able to search for deliveries based on location, delivery type, item type and date range.

      When you open the delivery details on your app, if it is an auction delivery, the maximum opening bid will be clearly displayed. It is up to you to decide how much you are willing to be paid to make the delivery. Enter a bid and when the auction ends, the Sender may choose to award you with the delivery. If the delivery type is Take Now, when the item is added the Take Now fixed price will be clearly displayed. It is your choice if you want to take the delivery for that price.



    • You add your bank account details to the Wallet section of the GRABiD Logistics app – which is saved on GRABiD’s secure payment gateway. Once the delivery is marked as complete, you will be paid within 48 hours straight into that bank account (Please note funds may take longer to clear depending on who you bank with). It’s as simple as that. GRABiD will send you a Recipient Generated Tax Invoice for that payment which you can forward to your accountant. For the ease of use and guarantee of being paid, GRABiD takes a small commission of that payment – but you know how much you will be paid for each job up front. No hidden costs.



    • For every delivery you complete, you will be awarded a percentage of the value of that delivery as a Cashback bonus. These Cashback bonuses can be found in your app Wallet and can be cashed out for cash or used to pay for deliveries you offer to others.
