    • You will be updated of any change in status with an in-app notification. Additionally, once the Driver has picked up the transfer you will be able to track the transfer on the map in your app. So, you will always know where your transfer is.



    • When a Driver is awarded a transfer the Dispatcher is charged for that transfer on his credit card. GRABiD will hold the money in escrow until the

      Driver has completed the transfer. Only 48 hours after transfer completion the Driver will be paid into his bank account. (Please note funds may take longer to clear depending on who you bank with.) The final payment will be minus the small commission charged by GRABiD.



    • We fully vet all our Drivers including doing 100-point checks and requesting business verification and insurance verification. As a Dispatcher you also will be able to view a Driver’s profile and rating that he has received from other transfers he has taken. As a Dispatcher you will be able to decide which Driver is awarded your transfer (for Auctions only).



    • Drivers that match the profile of each transfer will get notified that there is a transfer that suits their profile and location on the app. Drivers can also search for other transfers based on different search criteria. If it is an auction transfer, each Driver will enter a bid they are willing to be paid for that transfer. It is up to the Dispatcher to choose who should be awarded the transfer – using price, rating, previous knowledge etc. If it is a Take Now transfer, it works on a first come first serve basis - ensuring the first Driver to take the transfer is awarded it. Please see questions regarding Favourite Drivers to offer transfers only to those in your Favourite groups.

       



    • Transfers are handled mostly automatically and until they have been awarded, the personal details of the Driver are not exposed. Once a Driver has been awarded a transfer, he can contact the Dispatcher directly if there are any issues with the transfer. However, back door solicitation of Drivers or Dispatchers is prohibited and any violation of this will mean immediate suspension from the system.



    • Feedback helps others know whether to use a specific Driver, so please take a moment to honestly rate your Driver. You can do this once the transfer is complete by tapping the star-rating on the rating page in the app.

You are also able to easily provide proof of transfer in-app once your transfer is complete.



    • There are two types of transfers available on the app – “Auction” or “Take Now”. When a Dispatcher creates a transfer, he nominates the transfer type. Drivers that match the profile of the transfer will then be notified that there is a transfer that suits their profile and location on the app. You are also able to search for transfers based on location, transfer type and date range.

       

      When you open the transfer details on your app, if it is an auction transfer, the maximum opening bid will be clearly displayed. It is up to you to decide how much you are willing to be paid to make the transfer. Enter a bid and when the auction ends, the Dispatcher may choose to award you with the transfer. If the transfer type is Take Now, when the item is posted the Take Now fixed price will be clearly displayed. It is your choice if you want to take the transfer for that price.

       



    • You add your bank account details to the Wallet section of the GRABiD Chauffeur app – which is saved on GRABiD’s secure payment gateway. Once the transfer is marked as complete, you will be paid within 48 hours straight into that bank account. (Please note funds may take longer to clear depending on who you bank with.) It’s as simple as that. GRABiD will send you a Recipient Generated Tax Invoice for that payment which you can forward to your accountant. For the ease of use and guarantee of being paid, GRABiD takes a small commission of that payment – but you know how much you will be paid for each job up front. No hidden costs.



    • For every transfer you complete, you will be awarded a percentage of the value of that transfer as a Cashback bonuses. These Cashback bonuses can be found in your app Wallet and can be cashed out for cash or used to pay for transfers you offer to others.
