    • We fully vet all our Dispatchers including running a 100-point check on each one. As a Driver you are guaranteed payment by using GRABiD and you are ensured the payment will happen within 48 hours. (Please note funds may take longer to clear depending on who you bank with). You will also be able to view a Dispatcher’s profile and rating that he has received from other transfers sent.



    • Feedback helps others know whether to use a specific Dispatcher, so please take a moment to honestly rate your Dispatcher. You can do this once the transfer is complete by tapping the star-rating on the rating page in the app. 



    • You can create Favourite Groups – either based on geolocation or vehicle type or any way that suits your business – and then add Favourite Drivers to each of those groups. Drivers can be added to more than one group (for example “Melbourne” and “Sydney” and “Sub-contractors”).

      Then when you create a transfer, you have three choices as to who to offer the transfer to:

      Offer to Favourites only – this allows you to choose which groups to offer the transfer to. You can choose one or more groups.

      Offer first to Favourites and then to All Drivers – this will offer to your Favourites first and then offer to All Drivers in the GRABiD Network.

      If the transfer is an Auction, the auction will be available for as long as you set it only for Favourites and then will be available for the same amount of time for All Drivers.

      If the transfer is a Take Now, the Take Now will be available for 5 minutes only for Favourites and then will be available until pick up time for All Drivers.

      Offer to All Drivers – this will offer the transfer to all drivers on the GRABiD network.

      The GRABiD Favourite Network works in exactly the same way for the GRABiD Agency Module. When a driver is favourited by any user of an Agency Account, that favourite driver will appear for all Agency Users as a favourite. 

       



    • When you register for GRABiD you will be asked to enter your vehicle details including registration and vehicle type and you will need to nominate if the vehicle is owned by you or not.

       

      If the vehicle is not owned by you, and the vehicle owner has registered that same vehicle on GRABiD, you will not get transfer notifications for that vehicle and cannot bid directly on a transfer suited for that vehicle type. But you can be allocated the transfer by the vehicle owner. If you are allocated the transfer and drive it, you will not be paid directly for the transfer - the vehicle owner will be paid and you can work out with him regarding payment.

       

      If the vehicle is not owned by you but no one else has registered as the vehicle owner on GRABiD, you will get transfer notifications for that vehicle and be able to bid on transfers suited to that vehicle as if you own it. You will also be paid directly for the transfer. You can then work out with the vehicle owner regarding payment.

       

      If the vehicle is owned by you, you will get notifications for new transfers that suit that vehicle type and location and be able to bid on them. If you are assigned that transfer you can choose if to drive the transfer yourself or if to allocate it to one of your drivers who have nominated that they drive a vehicle owned by you. You will get paid for the transfer and you can then work out with the driver regarding payment.



    • If a Dispatcher cancels the transfer more than 2 hours prior to the nominated transfer pick up time, he won’t be penalised but he is required to provide a reason for the cancellation of the transfer and the system may investigate it. Within a maximum of 72 hours all payments made by the Dispatcher will be refunded to his nominated bank account less 1% card processing fees.

       

      If a Dispatcher cancels the transfer more than 1 hour but less than 2 hours prior to nominated transfer pick up time, only 50% of the funds the system charged the Dispatcher will be refunded to the Dispatcher’s bank account. The remaining balance will be split: 50% will be paid to the Driver’s nominated bank account and 50% will be retained by the system.

       

      If a Dispatcher cancels the transfer less than 1 hour prior to nominated transfer pick up time, 0% of the funds the system charged the Dispatcher will be refunded to the Dispatcher’s bank account. The remaining balance will be split: 50% will be paid to the driver’s nominated bank account and 50% will be retained by the system.

       

       



    • If a Driver cancels the transfer more than 2 hours prior to the nominated transfer pick up time, he won’t be penalised but he is required to provide a reason for cancellation of the transfer and the system may investigate it. Within a maximum of 72 hours all payments made by the Dispatcher will be refunded to his nominated bank account less 1% card processing fees.

       

      If a Driver cancels the transfer less than 1 hour prior to nominated transfer pick up time, the Driver’s credit card will be charged 15% of the transfer value as a penalty and the system will investigate it. The Dispatcher will be eligible to a full refund of the transfer.



    • If a Dispatcher cancels the collect transfer more than 2 hours prior to the nominated transfer pick up time, he won’t be penalised but he is required to provide a reason for the cancellation of the transfer and the system may investigate it. Within a maximum of 72 hours all payments made by the Dispatcher will be refunded to his nominated bank account less 1% card processing fees.

    • The GRABiD Chauffeur Agency Module allows users to create transfers on a web-based app that are sent out to all drivers in the GRABiD Chauffeur network based on preferences and segmentation. A set price matrix allows gives users the comfort of knowing that drivers will be paid what the transfer is worth and customers / passengers will be charged accordingly. Users can choose to create a transfer for different vehicle types, including economy and luxury, and customers/passengers will be charged accordingly.



    • GRABiD Chauffeur Agency Transfer costs are calculated based on distance per kilometre and time. Time of day and weekends/public holidays are also taken into consideration as well as tolls and the government levy. Charges are then based on vehicle types, with certain vehicles being grouped together based on criteria.
